  Well, this is such a sad thing to have to be rating a funeral home. However, I would love to thank them, as well as the coroner's office for helping me with the situation. I was stuck, had no knowledge of where to turn. Mr Fabry has been very kind to me and my family and also willing to work with us. Been patient with me and all my questions as I am young and have no idea about what to do and how to do it. Sadly he is in a high demand business and it is becoming more high in demand. So all we can do is be patient with one another which I have had no problem getting from him. And he will get from me. Again I truly want to thank him for his kindness time and patience, thanks Mr John Fabry.

  This funeral home is under new management and whatever respect and decency it had left with the old owner. The director is a price gouging bully.
  
  He tried to charge us nearly double the going rate for a cremation but we knew how much it should cost so we were able to say no and then he changed his price dramatically and acted like he was giving us a really good deal and told us not to tell anybody.
  
  My mother told him she wanted to keep the death private. While she was in his office finalizing the death of her husband, he took a bunch of phone calls (rude) and then took one from a nosey real estate agent that wanted to know if the town gossip is true and if my mom's husband was dead and he said "She's sitting right here." When my mom told him that was unprofessional behavior and he should respect his clients privacy he raised his voice to her, saying it was public record and he did a favor for her with the price. Then he blamed the fact that it was a small town for the "talk" he was perpetrating. I think he missed the point. The point is if someone explicitly asks for privacy and you agree, you do not then a minute later break that agreement.
  
  Also, since when is it ever okay for a funeral director to raise their voice at a grieving woman who just paid them to cremate their husband. This person needs to be in another line of work because the kindness and sensitivity and tact required in being a funeral director he is not capable of.
